1.  There are no delivery charges (except for electric beds), for a minimum rental period of 1 week, and a minimum rental price of 50,00 €. If the rental is less than a week or the rental price is less than 50,00 €, delivery costs will be charged
2. No deposit is required when paying by credit card. Passing on your passport or identity number, aswell as your creditcard number and expiry date is sufficient.

 All costs are for both ways together.

The global costs caused by the displacement of our nursing staff include both the vehicle and the compensation for the traveltime of our nursing staff. This guarantees that the actual attendancetime with the customer is not distorted and therefore there is a clean and comprehensible separation of the individual services.

 

Terms of Payment:

All prices are incl I.G.I.C (VAT). There is prepayment for all rental materials, Cash payment and deposit only in Euros. Deposit will be returned after the renta period, if there is no damage due to negligence of tenant

Payment can be made in cash or by Visa/Master Card (Credit no debit). For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, the company takes the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee for additional administrative costs. From 1000 € invoice amount we can only settle by credit card

Costs are for collection and delivery

Minimum rental bed is 1 week

For delivery minimum rental is 3 days
